We were blessed to have found Maureen ** as our agent/realtor. Moving is stressful especially across state lines. I originally found her online & she is the best. I would highly recommend her if you moving to/ or in Florida. She is very responsive, professional & caring to her clients. She follows up consistently & listens to your needs & expectations....I spoke with probably 4 or 5 other agents before I choice her & glad we did. We now have our home now, she was helping up through the entire stressful months getting here. Thank you & definitely recommend!

I selected Realtor.com, it was giving information where I was looking to buy. We wanted a a home on the water. (I do compare to Zillow). I was using Zillow before and put my search in. After a while Zillow was taking me away from the zip code I was looking in. No water front home. So, stop using Zillow and I had complain about it, to no help it still was taking me elsewhere. Zillow was wasting my time of looking. I have to say after all that it was a realtor in the area that did the work of sending me what was available and show us homes and help in buying.

Site gives you specifics and also Realtors in the area searched that have properties for sale or buyers seeking to buy. Realtor.com is more accurate and also allows you to view comparables for reference. It is highly recommended by most Realtors and has existed for many decades supplying information in this area with current statistics shown.

Realtor.com lists the size of the home AND the size of the lot which makes evaluating fair market price and price per square foot easy to do without scrolling up and down. I also appreciate the flood zone estimation right up front and not buried in the details. It is easy to switch from list view to map view without losing your place.

Realtor.com is probably one of my favorite realty websites. You can find how long a property has been listed, there are very clear and detailed pictures of the property inside and out, particularly parts of a home you want to see details on, like the yard, how many garage spaces, the kitchen, bathrooms and basement if there is one. Also, is tax and HOA information, a mortgage calculator, as well as school district info. You can contact the realtor directly through a form to get any additional questions answered, like nearby hospitals, shopping and public transportation. The most accurate website for real estate property information.

I simple asked a question about a property in Fairfield PA and a Realtor named Sherry ** started texting me and sending me emails. I asked her to please answer the question, which she would not. Then she got hostile and started sending me harassing emails for a day. She told she couldn't answer my question, then said she wouldn't answer it then told me she was in a terrible situation at a hospital with her sick husband. Why are you answering emails then? She was upset and wasted my time because I didn't want to choose her as a agent. Realtor.com you better pick more professional realtors to represent you.

Signed up with Realtor.com for leads in February. Paid upfront right under $3000 for the year. Thus far I received 6 leads. 2 answered right away with STOP to not receive any messages from me right away. 2 were an inquire about renting or renting to own the property. One actually replied to me contacting her with a runaround to mortgage lenders and she's not anywhere close to qualify in the next year to be gracious. Last one, no response whatsoever... I keep trying because each lead is so freaking expensive but seriously the biggest CRAP I have paid $$$ for! Don't just walk away from this, RUN!

A fraudulent listing appeared on this Realtor.com recently that took my social and all financial information. I reported to police, national realtor association, and sent several emails and calls to Realtor.com, asking for follow up. In the process of a week, no one followed up despite my identity and all financial information (and how many other people in the process?) being compromised. This is extremely unprofessional but most of all, unsafe. I will never use Realtor.com again. I had good experiences on Zillow and just want to warn other consumers about Realtor.com's loose ethics when it comes to security.

My house is listed on this site for rent. MY HOUSE IS NOT FOR RENT OR SALE! I have not authorized no one to list my property. I will be contacting the Orange County sheriff to file a report. Take the add down now!

Philip ** a realtor in Seal Beach Ca is horrible. He took advantage of our mom with dementia and cost our family thousands for his greed and horrible ways. He represented not only my mom and her home but also the buyers and their home. We had to leave in a hurry and throw thing into our cars and live in a hotel for 4 months. He is a shark.
