Occupational therapy License in Indiana-
Occupational therapist and Occupational therapy Assistants are required to get a license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
The minimum requirements for the license are-
- Entry-level master degree or OTD degree
- NBCOT exam's passing certificate.
- Application fees of $100 ($50 for temporary license).
Temporary OT/OTA License:
A temporary permit to practice as an occupational therapist (OT) or as an occupational therapy assistant (OTA) may be granted to persons who have completed the educational and experience requirements for licensure and are waiting to take or receive the results of the certification examination. A person with a temporary permit may only practice occupational therapy or occupational therapy assisting under the direct supervision of an Indiana certified occupational therapist that is responsible for the patient.

The Occupational therapy school offers two entry-level programs. Both the MOT and OTD are accredited by ACOTE. The entry-level programs (OTD and MOT) differ in two ways: the format and the clinical experiences. The OTD program meets five days per week and requires an additional level of in-depth fieldwork experience. The MOT program meets two days per week and works well for career changers and those who wish to continue working while going to school.

This OT school is preparing occupational therapists from 60 years. The OT school is having excellent faculty and some of them are part of national association AOTA. The program is also rated high in the OT ranking and having 100% passing rate (last 3 years).
